Undivided Attention, Concentration, Memory, and Listening are skills that ensure success in relationships, studies, and work.  You’ll learn how these are related to and build upon each other.  This is a prelude to learning how to meditate.  Many people find meditation challenging because they cannot seem to quiet their minds, let alone sit still.  Concentration is the ability to hold your attention where you want it for as long as you want it to be there.  Learn to identify where your attention is, how to withdraw attention from the senses, and how to hold your attention steady by practicing a concentration exercise that enables you to gain control of your attention to then be better able to cultivate your mind’s strength and power.
