Your ideals and values shape your philosophy of life. People who know their values and live their ideals are happier and healthier.  When people forget their values or consistently work and live in environments that conflict with their values, they develop burnout.  You will discern your personal purpose and craft a mission statement using a “values clarification” index, reflecting on people who have influenced you, and identifying when you’re at your best. You’ll also learn a formula for success and fulfillment, and make a vision board to guide you to live with purpose and meaning.
