Even when we do our best to be mindful and to relax, problems and negative emotions can still interrupt our peace of mind.  Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a powerful evidence-based practice that combines tapping on acupuncture meridians with cognitive restructuring to release energy blockages that cause stress and pain.  EFT has been successfully used to treat anxiety, for PTSD, and depression.  You’ll learn how to practice EFT for reducing stress and pain.

You will also learn several methods for quickly and easily reducing anxiety by balancing the vagus nerve.  These simple exercises use breath, self-massage, and sounding calming tones.  Ancient methods originating in the yogic tradition, they are simple, easy-to-apply, and can be done in stressful environments like work or even driving.
